teacher's day celebration.

ok 4G.this is an update on the teacher's day celebration on monday.

everyone's(or most of you) have already paid $2 for the celebration. but eventually the money's not enough.so this is an option. because we've collected $66+$5(original money in the fund) so we have a total of $71.00. today steffie,cinyi and i went to buy the materials and things for the teacher's day celeb. here's what we bought:

-mr.chan and mr.teo's teacher's day presents(photo frames+decorative ornaments) $28.80
-materails to decorate the teacher's lockers $4.50
-teacher's day cake(1.5kg) $45.00

from all of this,we are already $5 short. moreover,what's a party without drinks and balloons? bt they will cost money once again. so i will take a vote.or rather whoever's willing to say something.or anyone who still visits this blog-.- if you all want the drinks,i'll buy them say...sunday? then i'll collect the remainder of the money on wednesday. if i have no reply,we'll just carry on with what we have.

ok.what we are supposed to do for teacher's day:
we're supposed to write out our dedication to teachers which has already been completed,thank you to everyone who contributed. and we're supposed to throw a mini celebration with money funded from our class fund. that is why we are collecting additonal class fund. we estimated spending around $87 for a real celebration. with presents,drinks,food, and decoration costs. we managed to collect around $66 though,which is good as it is. but it is not enough. that is why i suggested collecting additional funds.

during the celebration,steffie,yangyu and some others will go to mr.chan and mr.teo's locker to decorate them. the rest of us will prepare the class decorations(if there are any) then the two teachers will come in and we will cut the cake. after that we're supposed to organise some games, but as of now,i can't think of anything. so for the time being,it will be free&easy. but the teachers are supposed to be the 'stars of the day', so please don't talk only amongst ourselves but talk to the teachers too(although i know it'll be hard for mr.teo,haha!) after that we'll be dismissed at 11.00am, but if anyone wants to stay longer,by all means.
BUT
don't run away after the celebration! we're supposed to clean up! so please stay behind.

by the way,just to inform. only two teachers are coming to our class, our form and buddy form teachers, whereas classes like 4F have FIVE teachers(including mr.siew) going over to their class.i wonder why? time to ask ourselves. this is secondary. from what ive heard,starting next term, all our english teachers have expressed interest to no longer teach our class. why is this so? i believe mr.siew has been very nice to our class already,yet we give him a bloody shit attitude. is this how we repay kindness? with evil? i shan't say anymore,but our prelims are next friday,so for the last week, can we at least pay attention during english classes to save our reputation and our last three weeks of studying english?
